The entire west wing is yours: two modern apartments with separate living areas, ideal for one larger family, two families or a group of friends.
The saltwater pool and garden are reserved exclusively for registered guests. Swim, unwind on the loungers or gather for a relaxed meal outdoors.
Each apartment is air-conditioned and set up for an independent stay, with Wi-Fi, satellite TV and its own kitchen. The ground floor opens to the pool; the upper apartment has a sunny balcony with sea views.
Walk to Baletna Škola beach and the seaside promenade, then return to a quiet residential base. Split, Trogir, the airport and Marina Kaštela are all convenient for day trips.

Good to know
Yes. Your group has exclusive use of both apartments in the west wing, the pool, garden, terrace, BBQ area and two parking spaces. These are not shared with other guests.
The villa is recommended for up to 6 adults. It can accommodate up to 8 guests when the group includes children, using the sofa beds in the living rooms.
Baletna Škola beach and the seaside promenade are approximately a three-minute walk from the property.
Rozana and Mijo live in the separate east part of the building, with their own entrance and outdoor space. Guest areas remain independent and private.
The pool and grounds are reserved for registered guests. Additional visitors should be agreed with the hosts in advance.
